I am extremely disappointed with my experience with RANVOO. I placed Order #7093 on 13 July because the website clearly advertised delivery to Ireland within 2–3 business days through EU FBA. By 18 July, the order had still not even been packed or dispatched, and the tracking showed no movement at all. I contacted the seller asking for an explanation, but received no response. The advertised delivery time was the main reason I ordered directly from their website. Had I known the order would not even be shipped within that period, I would have ordered from Amazon or another retailer instead.
