If I could give no stars then I would. I ordered a fascinator. When it arrived it was a different colour to that advertised. It came from China in a plastic envelope, so had no protection to it's shape. It was squashed and I was unable to reshape it. Their Customer Services are incredibly difficult to engage with. They have so far refused a full refund and only offered a voucher for 50%, or 30% refund. So I am out of pocket and have a product I cannot use. Avoid this company at all costs.
