Terrible customer support
Terrible customer support, I have 2 SV04 printers, stepper motor died on one of the extruders (machine only 3 months old) they won't send a replacement motor under warranty, they recon its due to blockage, which its not, had to buy full extruder kit from Jake 3d to repair it myself, as there's no spare parts available on their website for the SV04. I even offered to send the broken motor back to them so they could test it...no reply.
