STAY AWAY FROM EXPLORETRIP!
These frauds tricked me into paying cancellation fee of $350 for a one-time-courtesy FULL refund. The refund I received in the end was $200 less, than what I had paid, as the airline charged me the cancellation fee. The $350 fee turned out to be Agent Fee, which I did NOT authorize. They refused to provide the record of our phone conversation. I had to dispute the charge with chase, but since the cancellation was done over the phone, I don't have proof of the verbal agreement. They also lied to me that the ticket was non-refundable, as I called the airline directly later on and they confirm my fare was refundable for a penalty of $200. This company is a scam and their customer service reps are con artists a liers.
