Easy. Most $$$ for my MBP.
When I originally sent in my MBP, it had a RAM issue. CashForYourMac returned it to me at no cost. After I had Apple repair it, I sent it back to CashForYourMac. I quickly received payment, which far exceeded what other resellers, including Apple, offered for my MBP. Very easy. Highly recommended.
