They helped in the end but overall not very helpful. My billing address got mixed up with my shipping. I was not notified there was an issue, I order with PayPal and dont even enter my address, so there's NO WAY I put it in wrong, I order all the time from here and I've never had an issue. When the order was taking extra long to arrrive I looked into the orders and saw my billing was put as the shipping. I asked if i could just cancel the order they said no, their solution was to resend the contacts but I had to pay shipping again which is $9 so I would be paying $18 just for shipping, for contacts that I didn't even need anymore (they were for Halloween). They eventually agreed to give me store credit instead, but the conversation ended with them being short and telling me it was my fault the address was put in wrong, after I explained how it was the site that most likely caused the error. Overall it was a disappointing experience and now I will check diligently whenever I order from here. I love uniqso but I didn't have a pleasant experience when it came to a real issue.
