Ordered a mud cake
Ordered a mud cake, champagne and flowers yesterday 4.12.2020 for my Aunt in Melbourne and received confirmation of the order and delivery today between 3 pm to 6pm. I received a message at 3pm informing me that due to the pandemic they were unable to deliver the order and would try to deliver on Monday 7.12.2020. My Aunt's birthday is on Sunday and we wanted the hamper delivered before her birthday. The man named Francis, customer service came up with an excuse blaming everything on the pandemic. He would have definitely know whether yesterday about his stock to fulfil the order. A Better Florist are CHEATS and SCAMMERS. The cost of the hamper was $148/-. I now await and hope to get a refund. They are devious, frauds and cheats. I do hope this review manages to prevent any more people of getting cheated by these awful rogues.
