Poor packaging for shipping
The customer service has been great. However, the product packaging for shipping was very poor. The products were shipped in a thin bag and the product boxes were crushed, bent, dinged and damaged when they arrived. Two of the items I bought were going to be given as gifts. Because the packaging was damaged in shipping, I chose to return both products. Poor shipping packaging makes it feel like the product is cheap and does not deserve to be handled with care. Not something you'd want to put on your face.
