Amazing products, but terrible customer service. I’ve reached out to the company three separate times for two different orders and received NO response. In the second instance I had ordered a mouthpiece and reached out to them about it, so they sent another one immediately… But again they did not talk to me at all… and the mouthpiece they sent the second time was also the wrong mouthpiece… Waiting to hear back…
