They stole my money (but eventually gave it back)
I did a, reasonably expensive, order but didn't get this after 1/2 hour waiting. Contacted customer support where they tell me there was a problem with the payment method. So the order couldn't be fulfilled and was cancelled. A few days later the money was still debited from my account? Contacted customer support again. They tell me the money has been refunded and I have to contact my own bank why it still isn't on my account. Of course the bank is not able to transfer me money they didn't receive. Easy solution for Livekaarten.nl to say it's not their fault and they can not do anything more... UPDATE: After posting this review and spamming again the customer care, I've finally got my money back. Because of previous good experience with Livekaarten and the customer service that's always available and answering very fast, I'm happy to give 2 stars extra. Hope to give them 5 stars a next time.
