Very poor
Very poor. We placed our 3rd order with Radford Pies & had high hoped as per our previous experience. However after 3 weeks of waiting, the pies arrived in a plain box which didn't say what was in it, or that it needed to be placed in the fridge. Luckily we were home so opened the box & it was disgusting. The box was hot inside & the pies were several days out of date & mouldly. I emailed to say the situation & assumed the courier was to blame & waited on a reply. Nothing. I have emailed twice since & not even a courtesy reply to me. Honestly I am really disappointed as have recommended to several people who all have had different issues with them. £50+ out of pocket, I will be contacting my bank to move forward. For what could of been an easy apology and replacement/refund has now meant yet another negative review for them!
