I started with the cleanser
I started with the cleanser. I am oily & acne prone- with painful cystic acne. I quite enjoyed the cleanser. It was non-irritating and did not leave a film or anything. The smell was mild and pleasant. I wanted to move forward with other products from the line but noticed all my formulas contained marula oil, which is highly comedogenic (pore clogging) and an oil I avoid. Even though in the questionnaire I clicked off That I’m acne prone! I reached out and asked if my formulas could contain something other than marula oil. The answer was no. That’s why I removed two stars. This isn’t really “personalized”. It’s a base formula they add a few things to here and there. But it’s not as “custom” as they claim. I stopped using the cleanser. Not impressed anymore.
