I bought around 10 screw studs from J&Co. 2 of which were faulty and fell out of my ears and went missing. I asked for some compensation as they are expensive earrings and were faulty. The refused this due to me not having video evidence of them falling out of my ears. I asked to return the remaining stud earrings as I couldn't be certain if they were also faulty (keeping the hoops I had purchased). This was also refused. I understand there are terms but their customer service treated me so badly. I have no faith in either their products or their customer service. DO NOT BUY
