They basically have a zero refund policy because everything they sell comes direct from China and they say the cost to return items is greater than the value of the item. On a $50 purchase they said they would refund me $5 and give a future purchase discount coupon of 18% and I keep the item. On a positive note they communicated clearly and were responsive to my inquiries. But I can’t do business with or recommend a company that has such restrictions on refunds.
