Huge let down
I recently purchased the "High-Pressure Water Spray Gun – Multi-Use Cleaning Tool for Car, Garden & Home" and was very disappointed when it arrived. The advertising images make the product appear much larger and more substantial than it actually is. The spray gun I received measures only 6⅛ inches long, not the 6¾ inches stated in the product description. The ad also claims that the "lightweight design reduces arm and hand fatigue" and that it is made from "durable, high-quality materials." In reality, the entire unit is made of plastic from end to end, with the only non-plastic component being a small rubber O-ring. Based on the advertising, I expected a sturdier product with metal components and a more substantial size. The product I received does not match the impression created by the photos or the marketing description. I feel the item is significantly misrepresented on the website, and I would encourage potential buyers to read the specifications carefully and consider other options before purchasing.
