terrible return policy and service
I had tried to change the size for one smaller, the policy was ridiculous, including sending pictures etc, all I wanted was a smaller size!! When I complained I was told if I paid the postage (half the cost of the t-shirt) I could keep the old one and order a different size/colour/design. Tried to make the best of a bad situation and asked for same design in a different colour. I was sent the exact same colour, so now I have spent over £30 for t-shirts (average quality) that are exactly the same, other than the size. I would not have paid the postage again, other than the promise of a different colour/design. Overall I would avoid this company, there are many others doing the same styles cheaper with much better return policies.
