Repair service top notch
I had my Air 2 for years and finally one of the propeller arms broke. DJI repair was the best customer experience I had in a while. Easily logged a repair on their website, got a free postage label, sent my drone the next day, had a quote for £70 for the repair, paid easily online, got the drone less than a week after sending! They called me twice during and after the process to check if all was good. I see some negative reviews here, but at least for the repair service it was great. UK companies should really take a look at how far behind they are in support.
