I have a flight on 28th Dec Wednesday early morning. And they haven’t answered me yet on my visa after promising that I will receive it in 3 working days, I applied through them on 18th Dec. I am super stressed as my flight & accommodation is not refunded. Please have shame guys what are you doing.
