AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
Worst company ever. If I could give 0 stars I would. Do NOT use. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! It took this company over 70 days to process a refund, and they still kept 30% as a cancellation fee (even though I cancelled within 3 hours of the original booking). They also told me they don't have enough staff to answer phones, plus they don't have enough staff to process refunds. I could understand a few days, but over 70 days?!? Come on! Again - do not use this company - awful!
