There ist no Support...
Since months i am trying in different ways (Mail & WhatsApp) to get Feedback how to connect 2 of their batteries in parallel (promoted Feature). One Hotline does not feel responsible for my purchase and the others do not answer at all. No info on the parallel wiering in the User Manual and on the web. Very poor....
