My iPhone XS Max unkown error code 14
My iPhone XS Max doesn’t turn on stuck on cable and laptop picture and says restore. But I haven’t backed up my photos and videos on iCloud. I was told there is a chance after restore my photos and videos will be erased. I tried connected to iTunes to update software but unkown error code 14 comes up. So now I paid £94.45 with this dr fone iOS toolkit not fixed problem lost my money I am not happy. Please someone help me. And Just to let you know I was refunded back my fee of £94.45
