Thank you for all my new followers to get the TRUTH about Ms.Coco hair. I thought at first that I wanted a replacement, but I have decided that I want my money back. I refuse to do business with a company that sells a HORRIBLE product. Maybe, I got a BAD wig, I don’t know. But what I do know is that the wig is horribly THIN, it sheds like CRAZY and it is NOT worth the 216.00 that I paid for it. STOP TRYING TO OFFER ME DISCOUNTS ON THIS TRASH
Why does this company keep sending me emails from a fake bot that I need to take down my review. My review stands as it is. The wig that I bought was and is TRASH, TRIFLING AND TERRIBLE!
I have pictures and receipts of the quality of this wig. At first Ms. Coco’s representatives wanted to offer me 5.00 off my purchase, such an INSULT! Then they offered 20.00. The last email, I was offered 50% off the purchase of another wig. I wouldn’t purchase another wig from this company and I’m going to tell

Update to this hair nightmare-Ms. Coco Wigs
Update: I reported to the company on the quality and condition of this ghastly wig they sent to me. I sent pictures of how much it had thinned out and the shedding around my sink area. I didn’t send pictures of all the hair on my floor. They want to tell me about conditioner and that it looks dry. WHAT? If it looks dry, it came dry! I’ve only had the wig a week and a few days. Then they had the dirty nerve to ask if the lace had been cut. WHAT? Did you see the damn pictures? I was then told that I could get a 15.00 credit. This is a joke. I paid over 200.00 for this mess. I want nothing less than a replacement. I don’t want any money, just a quality product. I’m going to social media with pictures and receipts! Do not buy wigs from this company.

Don’t Be A Fool!
Originally posted a review on this hair, because I was fooled. Bought it on 10/27/22, after a couple of weeks, the hair shed so much! It looked a Hot mess. Was in communication with the company, sent pictures of this mess and the hair on my sink! Cricket sounds!
