This was absolutely the worst…
This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with ordering medication. I was holding a bottle with 3 refills on the Genius RX bottle and the rep this morning insisted there were no refills remaining. Fired an email to my doctor to get another prescription which thankfully I was able to reach her. When placing the order for the new prescription this evening's rep tells me they found the old prescription and it showed the 3 refills. Imagine that? This is medication it's not ordering something from Target. I am completing this last order I did and that is it. I have no idea if this place is a scam or not. Just in case will contact FDA and Florida Attorney General ASAP. Be careful here.
