Never arriving
It’s a disaster. I ordered the doll 1 month ago and we don’t have any news about it. They send an automatic message saying it’s on the way but the tracking number is not available. Waiting the doll for Christmas and I think I will have to buy an other one in a store because of the late (or never) delivery. Very desapointed to pay this price and have customer service that bad.
