Specializing in defrauding overseas clients
The product I bought was of such poor quality that it was unusable, and their return and exchange policy was effectively a sham. They demanded photos and videos but wouldn't accept direct smartphone captures—insisting on YouTube links instead—and then simply went silent. They use these stalling tactics to drag things out until the purchase is considered final and returns are no longer possible; it is a truly underhanded strategy. Fortunately, I paid via PayPal, which allowed me to protect my rights as a buyer. We should steer clear of such unscrupulous merchants in the future.
