The parcel was never delivered to me and offering 50% refund because the parcel is lost
Full refund received after a bit of back and forth but ultimately they did this and communication was prompt. 1 Star now to 3 star The parcel was never delivered to me, they said its an abnormal address but its a large factory that i receive multiple deliveries to every day, all delivery details were correct. So, the parcel was returned, they never received it back to them so obviously something has gone seriously wrong. They are now complaining they are at a loss and want to give me 50% refund! how is this acceptable. Order: 828261675237078
