June order still not received
Order placed in June and still hasn't been received, after a mix up where the package was supposedly returned to sender, Darkpick have said they are unable to refund me and must wait for the original parcel to arrive back with them before re-sending. Every time I email I am given the same response, that it can take 60 days to be received with no remorse. Terrible customer service, buyer beware.
