I would not recommend Moglix for the following reasons; 1. They do not update the correct product specs. They sent a wrong product configuration which does not have the accessories mentioned on their website. 2. Customer support on phone drop your calls if they do not want to deal with you. They have a worthless process when you want support. Even when I have confirmed that the package is not damaged nor pilfered, they insist on photos of the box, from all angles, the item etc...Does not approach the customer with the intent to understand or solve the issue. 3. At the time of placing the order, they show delivery in 4 days. Then, when you check status every day, you will realize that the expected delivery is always the next day while the shipment takes its own sweet time to reach 4. After I reported the missing part issue, they have clandestinely updated their website to reflect the configuration they sent me and have been deflecting talking about sending me the missing part. The best way to stall is ask for a list of documentation from you till you tire out. Luckily I have screen shots of the page with the original list of accessories listed. Sorry to say that they do not value business ethics and are in for making the odd quick buck I guess. --- Update 5-Jun-2021: After raising the complaint on twitter, they have finally reimbursed the cost incurred in procuring the missing part (a circular saw blade from another platform). Their twitter response has been exceptionally good. A stark contrast from their customer support team. For this I have rated them 3-stars from the earlier 1-star.
