Very common things they are doing.
(1). When the flight is in the air, indigo close the front washrooms, saying "out of order" but that is totally false. The passenger has to go back and sit. The air hostages are doing this because they just want to get relaxed.
(2). in case of buying food on board, passenger must keep the exact notes. If the price is for example, Rs. 150 and tender Rs. 200, there will be no change from them.
(3). if you want to pay with credit card, they will take the credit card and keep with them. They will not return until you repeatedly remind them.

This seller is playing with customers. Just keep customers orders and not shipping. When customers ask for refund, they cut money from the order amount and that way, they make profits.

My order number was V20111000170
My order number was V20111000170. Tracking number 1340776102 and 6693365066 by DHL for this order. I paid for the order on 10 November 2020. They just provided two different tracking numbers but did not ship my order. After one week, they asked my to provide company name, and I provided. When I checked my order, I found shipment on hold. Finally after 10 days, they made a refund but $9.45 was less from the amount I paid. I informed about this and wanted to know what was the actual reason for not shipping my order, but no reply. TVC-Mall accepts order then paly with customer and finally refund with deduction. This is the business of TVC-Mall.
I do not recommend to any one to shop with them.
