Unprofessional and shady
Please, please don't buy from them. The list of bs they've pulled is ridiculous. They let me buy items that weren't in stock without telling me, then left me waiting for 4 months before they'd even ship the order. They offered a partial refund; then withdrew the offer once I accepted it. They let me preorder an item, but didn't have it ready until 3 months after the "ready by" date. Their internal communications is a mess, and they never gave me an update on anything without me having to write and bother them about it myself first. The items are admittedly nice quality, but this company is a taobao reseller; you can get every single item from different resellers or from a taobao shipping service more easily. Very unprofessional company. Wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.
