Great customer service
Customer service was pretty great - unfortunately had some hiccups with my initial order and stock delivery times (covid, hey?) which meant I cancelled my first order. Once that was sorted out I placed a new order. Shipping was within the approximate time given by HuntingDoor (thought TNT was extremely optimistic and did not deliver on their original schedule). The products are decent quality - the bow I ordered is a little rough in its finish, but not horrible given the price, it shoots well and is a lot of fun. Overall I'd be happy to use HuntingDoor again for stuff that I'm happy to wait 2-3 weeks for. I found they are very responsive on the customer service email if you have questions/problems, and prices are reasonable for the quality of the products they sell.
