Appalling delivery service and completely unhelpful customer support! I waited at home all day for my parcel, only for it to be delivered to the wrong address. When I challenged this, I was told that the GPS tracking showed the driver was at the correct location. Clearly, that means very little when the parcel has been handed to the wrong person! The moment I received the delivery notification, I contacted customer service to explain that my parcel had not arrived and asked them to contact the driver immediately so they could return to wherever they had delivered it. I was told they couldn’t contact the driver! I then requested photographic proof of delivery, only to be told I would have to contact the sender myself. The sender is based in Nepal! Why should I have to chase an international company for evidence of a delivery that their own driver failed to complete correctly? In the end, I had to go searching for my own parcel because the courier company was completely unwilling to help. Absolutely disgraceful service. No accountability, no attempt to resolve the issue and customer service that was utterly useless. What is the point of having customer support if they cannot even contact their own drivers or investigate a wrongly delivered parcel? I would not recommend this courier company to anyone.
