The product I received was fantastic value for money and delivery was fast. The only issue I had was was the support. I mistakenly ordered an unfilled punchbag instead of a filled one due to Wi-Fi issues. Initial response from the support team was brilliant, offering to change the order and get it sent out asap with no extra charges. The following morning I received an email asking for £17.99 to be paid to cover delivery charges, which could only be paid by PayPal. When asked if there was any other way to pay as I don’t use PayPal I was advised to see if any relatives/ friends have an account I could use to pay! I eventually had to get a refund to then reorder the correct item which I would of happily done in the first place.
