STAY AWAY!
I purchased it and it supposedly had delivered with tracking, but nothing to be found. I'm home all day and when a package arrives they always ring the bell, but nothing this time, so that was red flag 1. I reached out to customer service, they apologized but they couldn't insure every package. Okay, that doesn't sound right, because even small companies usually make some effort to replace the item, so red flag 2. But fine, I'll pay for it again. just please help me add signature required upon delivery this time - and they ask me to purchase through the website. I'm fully irritated at this point, because they're being completely unhelpful and the website doesn't even offer signature delivery, so it would need to be a special order. Plus, the sale price is gone so I'd have to pay even more! Red flag 3! So I look the company up and low and behold, all these reviews about how many people never received their package, and even when they did, the item was clearly a cheap scam. Don't waste your money and time like I did!
