If there was a negative star I would use it. I ordered a wall clock, got a picture of a wall clock. When I disputed the order they replied with "We are so sorry for this case. But according to our return policy, if we did sent the items correct, it won't be supported to return or exchange. Please note it. Maybe you can give it to someone who needs. Thanks for your understanding." How is a picture of a clock, and an actual clock even close? The video was of the clock, there is no clock pictures on the site to order. Complete fraud. I reported them to my credit card company, no wonder they use so any different names.
