WeDevs offer great support for their plugins.
I purchased the Dokan Pro plugin for a multivendor website I built. Along the way, I got stuck a few times. The documentation is mostly great and explains most issues, but there are a few articles that are out of date. In these cases, whenever I reached out to support, they have always been prompt in replying and helpful in their explanations and suggestions. I have dealt with a few of their support staff, but Yusuf in particular has helped me a few times, and his advice & guidance was always spot on.
