Excellent support
Excellent support, trustworthy company. I bought a lifetime package of passper Pdf but realised the best value for me would be the version with many types of documents included. I requested a refund on Sunday and Monday morning, Aurora processed it quickly. That reinforces my trust in the company, especially nowadays that many other companies try to hold on to your money or overcharge. Kudos and keep up the good work.
