DO NOT BUY! Horrendous quality and looks nothing like the photo, false advertisement in my eyes. The hair is super thin and the body just feels like plastic. Definitely not worth the money. On the disappointment of arrival, I had items missing too, I emailed to discuss my issues and how awful the quality was. The customer service was good to be honest, they responded quickly. However they tried to say that reborn dolls are handmade products, and each doll is individually crafted. Due to the handmade process, there may be SLIGHT differences in details such as facial features, coloring, hair rooting, and overall appearance compared with the product photos shown on the website. I wanted to include pictures so you can make your own mind up, but it won't let me. Worst purchase I have made and glad I ordered early for Christmas so I can order a new one elsewhere. They have refunded me 25% which is £20 when I spent £82 on this awful order. So in total I have lost £62. I am going to Trading Standards and citizen advice as this is not on. To be honest 1 star that is given is far too generous but you can't review 0 stars.
