Absolutely amazing company, all bags and accessories are great quality and the leathers are easy to work with. Customer service is excellent, very quick to respond and super helpful and polite. I have ordered and made a very wide selection of their DIY bags and they come with everything you need and easy to follow videos. The delivery is tracked so you know daily where your parcel is and the pre made bags exceed expectations : )
