I have called this company six times…
I have called this company six times now and they keep promising me that someone will call me back. I bought the frother after reading all the fantastic reviews on Amazon and also because of the 3 year warranty. My frother almost lasted a year. I started calling the company two months ago and I'm still waiting for a call back. As far as customer service goes that is completely unacceptable. This will not be my last review regarding this company because I feel I need to warn people that they do not stand behind what they promise. I will keep waiting for a call back and I will make sure to update my frustrating experience with this company.
