⭐☆☆☆☆ I placed an order on November 24 for two jacks as Christmas gifts. It has now been over a month, and I still have not received my order or any clear updates. Communication has been poor, and I’m left unsure whether the order will ever arrive or if this company is even legitimate. At this point, I’m very disappointed and would not recommend ordering unless the company improves transparency and customer service.
