SCAM: DO NOT BOOK WITH EXPLORE TRIP
DO NOT BOOK WITH Exploretrip !!!! We paid for airline tickets that were cancelled due to Covid in March 2020. I received an email stating they would partially refund my tickets for $446.10 out $700. It would take 2 billing cycles. I contacted Exploretrip in May 2020 and was told again that they would refund my money immediately. I contacted customer service today, December 29, 2020. Customer service Rep said “I don’t know Ma’am. Contact 1-800-787-5690 and speak to Billing. They can tell you what’s going on.”Spoke to Dax at Billing who then said, “No, this is not for that. You need to contact Refunds. But there’s no number for refunds. You need to email them at Escalations@exploretr—-” DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! They are giving clients the run around and not issuing refunds.
