These people owe me money for an item…
These people owe me money for an item that was not in my order. DON'T ORDER from them. I opened a case with Paypal. Soon after opening it, my order arrived but the item was not in it. Bella stated your item/order is on the way. However, as stated, I received it but the item wasn't in it. You think they refunded me for the ITEM that they KNEW was out of stock? Oh, NOOOO. She stated, close your case so we can issue you a refund. She lied as usual and I'm still waiting for my refund. DON'T TRUST THEM.

Expensive shipping not even worth it.
I give one star for the prices. However, to be honest, they make up for it in shipping. They charge you premium prices for shipping. At the rate they charge, you'd think your package would be arriving soon. Let me tell you, that is NOT the case at all. Seriously, they gouge you on the shipping and it is for that reason, I will NOT order with them again, until they return to free shipping. I'm not speaking for anyone else but for me, if I'm paying primo prices for shipping, I expect to get my package in a timely manner, not in three or four weeks. And, if my order isn't here in 1 more week, I will be seeking a REFUND. If the shipping was free, I wouldn't care how long it took, but at what I paid, I could eat lunch for two weeks on what I paid them for shipping! Lastly, they will lie. So, take their lies/whatever they tell you with a grain of salt. Don't believe that crap about pandemic this or that. Remember, you pay them good money for shipping so don't accept that as an excuse.
I've received an email response from someone associated with the company. And, I stand by my review for the following reason: I've placed numerous orders from (HK, China, Japan) and DIDN'T even pay shipping on MOST occasions or very miniscule shipping cost and received my order within three weeks EVERYTIME. Not the case with Healthcabin.
Buyer beware. Order local or from some other vendor with faster shipping. Healthcabin is not the only vendor in the region.
Last and final update: Just to give you all a reference - keep in mind this is just a reference. I live in Tx. so your delivery time may differ depending on how much more additional money you want to pay for shipping, your location, product weight maybe, etc. may differ. I placed my first order on 12.13.20, it arrived 01.09.21. My second order I placed 12.16.20, it arrived 01.13.21.
