Poor customer support and dodgy business practices
Joined the day before - my account was suspended. When I complained, I got an unhelpful message saying that I'd violated the service agreement. I don't see how - I didn't have time to! I sent no messages, posted nothing offensive in my profile and sent an ordinary photo of myself. I'm trying to get my data deleted in the meantime. However, there are a lot of reviews for their Google Play app - and to my eye, the overwhelming majority look fake. They are all gushing, vague, formulaic, of the same length and with consistently odd user names. An average score of 4.7! NO dating site or app is that good, even reputable ones like match.com. It's also telling that there are so many reviews on Google Play but NONE on trustpilot. First time in my life (well, not quite) that I'm first at something!
