Terrible warranty, bad service
I have had a Ulefone for a bit under a year. Recently my camera has completely stopped focussing therefore rendering it useless. Ulefone rejects the warranty as the phone may have been exposed to light rain. IN THE MIDDLE OF A HEATWAVE IN SUMMER?!? The phone hasn't been underwater and has no water damage, all seals remain unopened and the screen is in mint condition. This company does not want to help you, even if you buy directly from them. Their warranty is awful, a phones camera should not completely fail in less than a year. Spend your money somewhere else.
