Unacceptable shipping times, defective and incorrect item received, no responses
After an unacceptably long wait, the item finally arrived on 23rd December 2024 (almost 4 weeks after the order was placed). However, the product delivered was both incorrect and defective. I had ordered the duo birthstone bracelet for January (Garnet, Red) and November (Topaz, Yellow/Orange or Blue). The bracelet I received was orange and gold, which obviously did not match the specifications of my order, and also had missing gemstones. I have written to Belove Jewel 3 times now with no response so have had to officially raise my concerns with AMEX (who I luckily paid with).
