I was genuinely excited to get these earbuds... Similarly to others' experience, the company promised a 3-5 day delivery... 3 weeks later they arrive. Before they were shipped (visible on the Shop app), I said that I don't want the product anymore, and wish to receive a refund. No response from customer service, until after the product arrived, saying "hope it works well"... I read on their policy that they can't fully refund if you open the shrink wrap, and so am keeping it unopened until they refund. Honestly, spend your money elsewhere
