Customer service is slow.
I purchased an SSL certificate from IM Creator to add to a current website they host (you can only use their certificates). I've been trying for three days now to contact their customer support team - via email and their online Messenger - to install it without any response. While I wait, the value of the certificate decreases as it's only good for 12 months. They don't seem to have any difficulty taking payments, but getting any kind of support is a different story. To be clear, you cannot install these yourself so I'm in limbo until they decide to get back to me. UPDATE - I've been contacted now by IM Creator apologising for the delay, providing me the necessary instructions and refunding me the annual fee. I really appreciate the company responding in this way. I feel that many of the issues I've encountered could have been avoided if there was clearer guidance on their website about what is included at each tier (I am still not really clear if I needed to purchase an SSL certificate or if it supposed to be included with my subscription) and the links to their FAQ and user manual worked (they currently don't and either take you back to the home page or return a 404 error). Much happier now that the issue has been resolved - thank you IM Creator.
