disappointing at best
This has been disappointing to say the least. I bought the stage 3 for my 2012 Ram Sport with the 5.7 Hemi and it has made no difference in horsepower or performance. I have tried unplugging the chip and resetting it all but to no avail. Guess I am out hundreds of dollars as it still doesn’t work. UPDATE: after attempting to reinstall the chip a different way as per their recommendation and the chip still not working, they sent me a replacement chip with the promise that if this one did not work they would refund me. I installed the new one and BIG SURPRISE, no difference. After pulling some teeth with them they gave me return authorization. I returned my product (at my cost) but they are now saying they cannot refund me because it is past the ‘6 month allowance’. I am seeing this whole process was a delay tactic and they are not being honorable to their word. I do NOT recommend dealing with this company.
