Order never arrived, a lot of back and forth before I got my money back
There was a lot of back and forth because I never received my order. My first message was never answered, the second was answered after a couple of days. I was asked to wait, given another delivery date. Again waiting, messaging them because I still didn't receive it. In the end I cancelled my order as they seemed unable to handle shipping a simple order. Then I was asked if I ever received the order. How do they not know that? Do they not track shipments? Then again back and forth again with the reimbursement, missing dates they themselves gave me. Finally got my money back, wasn't sure if I ever would. While I was waiting I read some horrible reviews about the app. Seems like I dodged a bullet.
